Service Description

Private lessons will be one on one or two on one with either of the coaches, Dan or Devon. Each coach offers a different skill set that will be beneficial to develop overall wresting skill. Dan is more focused on neutral scrambling with folkstyle top and bottom work. Devon is more focused on neutral hand fighting and position, as well as freestyle and Greco roman techniques. With either coach sessions will be personally tailored to each athlete to improve skill development.
